Sir, Iam the retired Chief Engineer from Government of Tamil Nadu. During the month of August 22 myself, my uncle and my friend decided to perform journey to LONDON and PARRYS. on September22. On behalf of Mr.Chakkaravarthy advice initial deposit of rs.30000/-for each person total 90000/- paid to THOMAS COOK during the month of AUGUST22 as follows 1)AD00178896, CFT2206441. 2)AD00179999, CFT2206441, 3) AD00179136, CFT2206441. But due to delay in getting London Visa, the above Journey was cancelled. On 17th October we are decided to perform JAPAN Tour during 26th March.23. But subsquently on 9th December due to my health issue I was informed the Manager regarding the issues, and not able to perform the JAPAN Tour and requested to refund the money paid by us. But no response from the Manager Mr.CHAKKARAVARTHY.. He is not attending my phone calls also. This is my 3rd trip joining with THOMAS COOH tour . My previous experince is very nice with THOMAS COOH.
