Sir, i am in europe tour from thomas cook in fusion package which is from 9 th may to 19th may... On the first day of our itself they started bit late and as a result we not even get down at lovre museum which is world famous. From a long distance we came because of your managers kate our schedule has gone everything late and we missed many things in paris. The same itenary of cox and kings is running very very nice showing wax museum in paris and other 27 attractions in paris. Today we really leaving to milan from cheazzo which we traveled a long long distance... And all our troop members are asking for shopping... And i am asking our tour manager to take us a village in milan in shopping... So, please arrange us today for shopping and make us happy... Thanking you K. Booked Europe trip.
Paid Full amount.
Now in the last minute they ask extra surcharge of Rs 2500 per person.
They are harassing again and again by email.
Asking Total of Rs 10000 for 4 persons extra.
They are disturbing my living in peace.
Please help me immediately
