Thomas Cook India — Travel vouchers not received till a day before travel even after making all the payments | |||||
Highly irresponsible behavior of the thomascook customer service... its just a day left for travel and i havent received my travel vouchers yet!!... have been calling them repeatedly but my requests are falling on deaf ears. Before I had made the payment i received atleast 5 to 6 call per day . Once I made the payment no one has been picking up the calls, the relationship manager has turned back on me, saying its not his job to send the details. On asking him to refer me to concerned person, I am put on hold forever. Now its just one day left, i have paid close to 2 lac rupees. I am being harassed and have no where to go. Please help me, my vacations have been spoilt and i want these people to pay me now for the harassment caused to me. Thanks and regards. Was this information helpful? | |||||

regarding exotic kashmir trip 7 to 13 sept
i had booked the vacations but due to flood in jammu and kashmir i was unable to go there but now company is not refunding my cash back 0f rs 54636 that i had already paid to them
