Worst expereience of my lifetime - super bad customer service, super bad cordination - super bad arrangement
Its just a big brand with little concern for its customers. Poor quality of service
You make your payment & post that the calls go unanswered
No single point of contact-evertime you end up talking to a different travel advisor for the same trip information
No accomodation details shared before hand-they share it last minute
Despite of taking down my meal preference on mail & call i get stay in pure veg resort
In the name of std rooms they give yu lodging house and in the name of luxury/deluxe you get standar rooms
In case of any issues on the journey - nobody takes you call/ replies to your mail
My itenary changed last minute and i had no clue. No information given on phone / mail. On landing the airport i know my first place of travel has changed. I actually had plans of catching up with friends who came all the way to meet - screwed up
When i am seekign resolution for the mess they did, i am assured necessary steps will be taken against the representative. But what happens to the disappointment i went through? If such actions were actually taken then i would not have seen so many complaints on this blog. This shows this is a regular practice and not a rare displeasure a customer faces
Most places of importance of a given tour are not covered most of the time. Always cross check other travel agencies itinerary and compare. Was this information helpful? |
