[Resolved] Thyrocare — Quadruple Marker Test report in incomplete | |||
We asked for quadruple marker test on 2nd July 2021. We got the report on 4th and 5th July. The data is incomplete in the report as our doctor said. It should have data for Trisomy 13, Trisomy 18, Trisomy 21 but it has only data for Trisomy 18. We have been trying to reach customer care and explaining the problem but they aren't trying to fulfil our problems. Either they are not understanding our problem or not sure what but now we are stuck. The time within this test should have been completed is about to pass but unable to get the complete report still.
