I have booked a test from Thyrocare but they have not provided an invoice copy to me for test reports, only the amount collected is shown in the customer details sections.
I have been contacting their customer care through mobile, online chat, and Whatsapp since 27th August 20221. I did multiple follow up by spending a lot of time. But no one helped me to provide the invoice. They purposefully avoid providing invoices and making the process much complex if someone needs an invoice.
I need an invoice copy to claim in my company.

Why a customer should follow up multiple times for an invoice? Can't they provide invoices for all the tests taken as a standard process irrespective of an explicit request from customers? Are there any other reasons why they are not providing invoices? Was this information helpful? |
