TI Cycles of India — cycle seat height adjustment bolt needs to cut in one month from purchase

Dear sir
My name is rajesh dhote staying in mahesan gujrat and working in suzuki motors gujarat.
Roadeo cycle purchased in dec18.
The cycle seat height adjustment bolt is round headed with ti mark.
Not able to open so cycle dealer cut it with hax saw.
This is worst design. How you could provide round headed bolt. It shall be hexagonal.
Needs to improve.
