Sir, I brought Montra cycle on July 2019, Derailer was not working and hanger was broken since Neelankarai branch and Adyar branch is closed I approached Customer care Lokes told to give the cycle Valeychery branch very easily, for past 15 days the Hanger parts not available in TI cycle Shame on you TI cycles what famous company is going to grounds, they already told that Derailer and Hanger I need to by it wont come in grantee. I decided to buy no spare in company still they were looking for spares, as a Human Resources head I passed these message to my groups not to buy any TI cycles you will be sick taking cycle to service place.
Already I replaced Pedals, Breaks on my own expense now Derailes and hanger I need to buy, Please dont spoil the name, Now my cycle is in Valeychery store by seeing this message take some serious steps to repair. dont make me to go to consumer court.
