Ticketgenie India — Refund not yet received from ticketgenie on deduction for failed transaction

I booked 6 tickets on 15th Feb' 2016, (Rs.700/- ) which got deducted from my account while booking tickets for SAG Closing Ceremony 2016.I mailed them on 15th Feb'2016 about the issue but till date there is no refund. i have mailed them several times more then 20 times but every time they say "your refund is generated from our end, contact your bank". I have even send them my updated passbook but still they are still saying the same thing . but my bank account statement says "no refund".
Kindly Help me out
