My brother was about to join the company tieto pune. Any important information was delivered by hr only. He tried to had a discussion for negotiations regarding package and as outcome the lady in role showered all the official and personal frustrations on him. She started shouted and talking senseless, still he do not replied her. He made his mind not to join the firm by looking at such front end of company. If you gets someone who listens to you calmly, the corporate ones led it to be extend. Respect is something which is expected to be served everywhere. This is just not the way to deal with the technical person. No matter what may i and the company conclude but this is just not the way to deal with. Human resource department are well known for the polite and regards, disrespect of a person is not to be tolerated. It harmed him emotionally and mentally since last two days. If instead of a guy and girl could have suffered this then it may become a topic of discussion. Equality is for both to stand out.
