I bought a 50 mbps plan on 24 may 2020 and they installed the router after around 15 days on 5 June and my connection is not working and my problem is not resolved every time we call their customer representatives say they are working and your problem will resolve today even they close their complaints ticket with out doing any work 4 tickets has been already generated by me... So disappointed by their service I even paid for 3 months, Whenever I ask for refund they just please wait for tomorrow I will surely resolve, pathetic service ever Was this information helpful? |
