Times Global Insurance — Worst service regarding my iphone 6s water damage claim

Hi,

I brought insurance for my iphone 6s 64gb reading all the good reviews on internet last october. This year in february my iphone was broken and water damaged by falling from 5th floor into water.

Then i called their customer support to raise a claim and then they asked me write an email stating the cause for damage and images showing the damage and wrote email with the same. One week passed nothing happened then i started calling their customer support after 3-4 calls i got a reply asking for my address and bank details and i sent them waiting something to happend again 10 days passed no response then i started calling their customer service no and they gave me claim manager number called aman sharma.

Then i called him and he has no clue regarding the claim and he asked me for my email and at that time he saw the mail untill then itt just lost somewhere after that he said they are looking into the issue and will be getting back in a week. As usual a week passed by and no response and again started calling mr. Aman sharma after 3-4 calls he said your claim was approved and asked me to ship the mobile to their address and they took almost 1 month to get this done that too if i keep on following up with them and he said it will take 10-12 working days to get it fixed. And again i started calling after 15 days and after 5-6 calls and 30 days later they said they are shipping my iphone saying totally fixed in a showroom working condition.

I received the iphone where i can see the phone is not at all fixed properly there is huge gap around the iphone between the screeen and the panel which looks like i brought some iphone i found on the street, but i thought its ok if it works fine. Then here comes the list of huge issues.
1. The sim tray locked and i was not able to open it.
2. There is a big dead spot on the screen.
3. Both the cameras are not working.
4. Touch becomes non responsive all of a sudden.
5. Phone heats a lot if you start using wifi or internet.

So i again wrote an email listing all the above problem and also along with a video of the iphone showing all the problems on april 29th 2017. Waited for 3 days waiting for response and no one responded and i started calling mr. Aman sharma, he answered the call after trying for 2 days. As usual they didnt even see my email untill i spoke to him and he said they will get back to me with a resolution in 7 days which is supposed to be around 13th may 2017. From then i have been trying to mr. Aman sharma regarding the same and no response at all i tried almost 10-15 times reaching them.

Even yesterday (I. E 22 may 2017) afternoon i called mr. Aman sharma around 3:30 pm he answered the call and asked me to call back around 5:30 pm so he will check in the system and update me the status and i tried calling him around 4-5 times and no one answered the call.

I raised the claim on 25th feb 2017 and now its 23rd may 2017, my mobile was not fixed properly and i was not able to use my phone.

This is the worst customer service i have ever seen. The customers have to keep on calling these guys for the update till then they dont even care.

If you people are not capable of doing business and responding back to customers, leave this business and stop harassing customers.
