Times India Travel — Didn't get Refund of Holiday package

Dear Sir/Madam, It was wrongly communicated from [protected]@india.com from mumbai that My mail id is selected for assured gift (Dell laptop) & for that you have to purchase times india holiday package of worth Rs 4999. I have got call from M-[protected] & M-[protected] for the same.So I have booked holiday package on 26th Aug, 2015.Got order no.-56dIuh from [protected]@india.com .I was suppose to get docket details on the same day of booking but till date not received it & even not received any holiday package kit & assured gift. I have written mail on 27th Aug 2015 also for cancellation & 1st sep 2015 to [protected]@timesindiatravel.com also.But Till date not received any confirmation or revert for the cancellation. Today I have talked to M-[protected] with Mr.sanjay chauhan for cancellation.According to his communication he has taken cancellation request with No.-RM[protected].. i have asked to send me mail for the same but he has denied for it & told me that you will receive SMS for the cancellation & will receive refund within 10 working days.I have not received SMS also. My concern is if really he has taken request then why he can not give me in written on my mail id.I have got the offer details initially on my mail id only. I request to you please help me to get refund as I have not received anything of this booking till date & given me booking by wrongly communicated.I do have all amil communication for support if you require.
