Times Internet — order not being cancelled and amount deducted | |||||
Hi, I had placed an order through zomato on the 7th oct, 18 sunday. Their site was working very slow and hence the same order was placed twice and the payment was deducted for the same. Before the restaurant confirming the order, i contacted zomato for cancelling the order and explained them the situation. They said as the site is not functioning they cannot help at the moment and will resolve it later. I did mention to them that my payment has been done and the restaurant has not yet confirmed and cancel it. They did not pay attention. After a while the restaurant confirmed it and then after zomato tells me that they cannot help it now. The order has been confirmed.in-spite of telling them almost 5 times. I have a proof of my chat with them. I simply paid for the order. Was this information helpful? | |||||
