Times Of India — Not getting newspaper. Coupons not received after paying for annual subscription. | |||||
Hi, i had issued a cheque# 034887 (citibank) dt 23/09/2016 for the annual subsciption of the times of india, i got the subscription/barcode no dch0112780, but i didnt receive any voucher from the times till date. i went to the vendor twice but he is saying that he didnt get any confirmation letter from the company so he cant help me Their customer care no is never answered and by my good fortune it was answered once when i had raised a complaint for this complaint# 1335083 After that no communication from them. please help.
