Tinyowl — Delay in delivery

Order Id no.[protected], 14 Feb, Valentine's Day, order was placed at 1.30pm, delivery was done at 3.15pm precisely. This is absolutely not acceptable and i was in two minds to return the food but we have no food at home to begin with. I ordered ice cream seperately online 15 minutes after placing the order with Kokan yet the ice cream reached us 20 minutes ago.
Tiny Owl, you really need to pull up your socks, your delivery guys probably don't know addresses properly or there is a lack of communication between you guys and the restaurants. I live at 2 very well known landmarks and even the dumbest person would find the address so it can't be the address that is the issue; it obviously was something to do with your operations.
Nevertheless, you guys have spoilt our Valentine's Day lunch and i am really upset with you guys. Shame on you for such terrible service...and we have not yet even begun to eat lunch.
P.S. - I called Tiny Owl customer care on 42200000 to find out about my order and why it was delayed by so long and the lady told me she would talk to the concerned department and get them to call me back, i am yet to even receive a call. Thank God for small mercies, atleast finally the food arrived.
NO wonder you guys are shutting down elsewhere, i wonder how long you will manage to keep this one afloat.
