[Resolved] Titan Company — Original bill lost.. And watch not working properly... | |||||
Dear sir, My brother in law had gifted me a new Titan watch on 15th of Dec 2016. The watch is still in warranty but he has lost the bill of the same. Now the watch is not working properly and I want to get it repaired, I went to Jamnagar (Gujarat) Titan showroom, but as I don't have a bill they are not ready to repair it. Being a regular customer of Titan, I request you to consider it. Hope you reply with a positive note. The model number of the watch is 90008kkb31.
