Titan Company — Poor response - 1 month for repair

Hi, i have purchased Titan smart watch in hyderabad and after few months watch is not starting. i have submitted for repair in kukatpally hyderabad nearest center on 23.12.2022. It has been a month time and no response. They are telling show room incharge at jubliee hills has family issue, surprise to see the response. they should arrange an alternative way and should not keep customers keeping waiting for these many long days. Price of the watch is 12, 000 and surprise is to see the poor quality of smart watch from Titan. Watch Repair No : 2937 given on 23.12.2022 in sunny watch, kukatpally, they told they will send to jubliee hills service center.
