I changed the battery of my Titan watch from a nearby shop in June 2022.But the watch didn’t work properly so I gave it to the Titan service centre at Kochi on 24/08/2022 and reported the complaint.They changed the battery and done a service and returned it to me on 31/08/2022.After 10 days it again started going slow and I again approach the service centre on 17/0 9/2022 and inform them. Then they changed the battery once again and return it to me.Since June 2022 I have to change the battery 3 times.I once again requested them to find the exact problem, but they informed me that we have changed the battery and it will be ok. I think that the exact problem of the watch is something else which they have not taken care of.
