Issue is not sorted out.
It’s going to be more than 3 months you have not arranged the metal strap for my watch.
If you can’t provide the metal strap give me replacement for my watch.
It’s not my fault that metal strap is not available company is responsible for non availability of the same.
So it’s your responsibility to either make it available or give me replacement.
I visited the store they are saying leather strap is available I don’t want leather strap (I specifically ordered metal strap because your leather strap is of very cheap quality doesn’t even go for a year.)
I am still waiting to get affirmative response from team Titan.
Hope you will not disappoint me, and make metal strap available as soon as possible.
Don’t test my patience.
This time if you don’t arrange the same or give me replacement for my watch then.
I will have no other options but to file complaint against store and company.
Please remember it’s my right to get replacement or metal strap( as I am ready to pay for metal strap).
