[Resolved]  Titan — defective clasp in watch

Hi, I bought two watches ND2499SM01 & ND2494YM01 for Rs. 3295 and Rs. 3995 respectively on 28/04/2014. both the watches had to be given for repair in September as the clasps were faulty. One of them had fallen off my wrist as while I was riding my two-wheeler. For this one the service centre charged me Rs. 1325 because the glass was smashed in the fall. They replaced the case claiming that the case has got damaged and cannot hold the glass. I fully believe the watch given to me by your dealers at World of Titan Shop no. 114. Forum Mall, Bangalore was a defective piece. The guarantee should have covered the damages caused by defective workmanship. Yours truly, Renee Mary Jetto
