[Resolved] Titan Eye+ — Erratic Behaviour and non supportive staff in Kundalahalli Branch | |||
I visited the Titan Eye+ shop in /Hyper city mall in Kundalahalli today @ 8 pm. I had never seen such a erratic and non supportive staffs anywhere. I was about to redeem my gift card and they waited me for 20 mnts.two employees ( Male & Female ) were supporting one customer for billing.I patiently waited for my turn and asked for the gift card redemption and after which i asked them if i place the order now, can i get it by friday evening. They not even spared a second and the very next reply was, " We cannot do it in 2 days and we need 4 days to give the glass". After which after so much discussion and i compromised on going without coating ( Crysal Coating ) and they told even without coating it takes 3 days.I was somehow convinced and selecting the frames and it was around 8.20 pm, the store person switched of the lights and asked me to go out. I asked, why did you not tell me when i came inside the showroom, or atleast you shoud have told me when i was enquiring about the glass ordering.There was no reply and finally they stopped all the customers entering the showroom and apart from me there were few more selecting the glasses much before me was asked to moveout. I had never seen such erratic and brutal behaviour.I will ensure that, i will hihglight this to all the forums and make sure that no one order the gift coupons from titan eye+. I will write this instance to the corporate perks team and will ask them to remove the titan eye+ shopping option from the rewards site. Was this information helpful? | |||
