[Resolved]  Titan Eye+ — Spectacle Glass having max life of 4 months

I had purchased 2 glasses from titan eye on 20/08/2013 and within 4 months lens got damaged because of random scratch because of regular outdoor usage despite of single handed careful usage. More importantly scratches developed at the extreme corner of the glass where your cant even reach! Connected their customer care centre via email but they offered a discount of 25% for replacing without agreeing that they are using low grade materials which are not suitable for spectacle glass type o[censored]sage. Never expected such low quality product sold from TATA stores which will be used for a precious human organ – EYE for a better VISION without telling the consumer the quality of the product they are selling.
