Titan Fastrack — Wrist watch | |||
I got a wrist watch 4 years back. Its strap is worn off. I showed it to many titan stores. They kept it for 20 30 days every time and then told me that we dont produce this model anymore so we dont have spare parts. So we wont be able to repair this. And the same Model was in the show case. So suppose if i but that new watch and it gets damaged in warrunty period then too they wont have anything to repair it with. As they dont produce its parts anymore. In short for my watch they dont have parts but the same model is in the show case to be sold. How will they satisfy The new customer !?
