Titan — poor quality lenses and frames fro titan eye+

I had ordered for a pair of spectacles in december from titan eye+ showroom in chennai. I received it 2 weeks later, after visiting and calling them "n" number of times. I had to get it replaced also as they had not done the corrections I had wanted in the lens size. Finally, 3 months later, the lens is now full of scratches, that too after much of safe handling by me. There is hardly anything I could see through the lens. Rs 4500 gone by the wind !!! My sincere advice: Do not visit this showroom !!!
