Titan — regarding service of titan watch | |||
I purchased one watch of your company from CITIZEN WATCH HOUSE, GAR ALI JORHAT, ASSAM (GUWS027) on 21/12/2013 (MODEL NO: NCC[protected]. But the watch stopped working after one month. Then the watch house repaired it. But the same problem occurred after one month and it is 7th time I submit my watch for repairing. Last two times the watch shop gave me two receipts of TITAN CARE, GUWAHATI which are attached herewith. As one of the most reputed company of this country Titan should take of their customers satisfaction and I feel very bad to attend your shop frequently for the same problem.
