[Resolved] Titan — Titan - Delay in delivery for faulty wrist belt of the Watch | |||
Dear titan team I Nail pundir bought two watches from your company showroom, sharma house, near thodo ground, rajgarh road, Solan (Himachal Pradesh) My Second watch sl.no.002, Variant Number 1527BM04, Description DA207. My this watch's chain was difacted and from the next date of the sell i visited to the showroom and they also admitted that chain was not proper and assured me that i will get another chain within 15 days but after three months by asking them again and again i have not got any chain. On 31/12/2014 i talked to titan customer care and they also assured me that with in 3 days we will solve it and call you or mail you. They give me also complaint no(727450) but not get any call or mail till today. I again talked to them today and they again assured that we will solve it but nothing done.
