[Resolved]  Titan — Titan Edge strap leave off from joint after 3-4 wearing

I bought a Titan Edge on January, 2013 for my marriage which was held on 13th March 2013. So I start wearing the watch after 13th March, I hardly wear the watch 3-4 times, the strap leave from the joint position from the watch and surprisingly found that the loop of the strap stapled. I got refusal to get service from the Service Center when I rush to them. They mention that it's out of warranty norms and insisting to change the strap immediately and the person serves me with lots of misbehaving attitude.
