Titan — Xylys watch buckle lock not working in one year... | |||
Its really pathetic to see this kind of quality product from the so called international brand XYLYS... I bought this xylys watch almost one year back ..model no.9438KL02, date of purchase 24 Feb 2014 . And rite now its buckle strap not working at all...when we went to the TITAN service centre, they said we need change the strap which will again cost Rs.5000 ...is it really worth buying this watch for such an huge amount and then again paying for the damaged strap...I seriously don't understand if you don't have proper service centre ...why you are selling these kind of watches...i want it to get it repaired and don't want to pay a single penny on its repair... Next day of purchase it stopped working. I went to the showroom again and they told it is battery problem and got it replaced
2.
After using it for 3 months, it started running slow. i had to adjust the time again.

Now belt got cut so badly that i cant use it
4.
Back cover of the watch is not fixed properly, i am worried to use it in watter
After buying such a costly watch, i had to visit the showroom for repair multiple times, it is meaningless. Please let me know why so poor quality product is being sold and frustrate the user.
Titan is ready to replace the strap, it is meaning less
I want complete replacement since it is of poor quality

Now I found that strap of this belt is pathetic as buckle was not closing and material was found sub standard quality, no outcome after I took it to service centre (aundh, pune) secondly I was asked to order new belt by paying price of INR.5000/ that also they were not sure how many weeks or months it will take since belt is not manufactured In pune/mumbai,
I m ashamed that being ex employee of Tata group, the way I was treated by TITAN and providing me substandard quality watches not once but twice, I would appreciate if tata care guys call me on [protected] thanks nilesh
