[Resolved]  TMC services firm.in — Fraud company offered job and looted money

I received a call from TMC service executive Subalaksmi on 23rd July 2015, she said they provide jobs on reputed MNCs abroad and in India. She asked me to purchase their career alert for 3000 Rupees and they have given reference ID when I made the payment. On 27th July they conducted a telephonic interview with a person saying he is an HR person of reputed MNC in Dubai. After the interview she called me again and asked for a payment of Rupees 6979 for background verification and she sent a form which I filled and sent it to TMC services. After this another representative of TMC services called me and said I need to pay rupees11200 as their fees and rupees 21179 as refundable deposit which will be refunded once I join the company. They said that I got selected and assured I will receive the offer letter from the company which I applied with in august last week. Their interaction was genuine to me, but when I called on 17th August, their mobile was switched off and there were no reply to the mails which I sent to them. Now I realize they are fraud company and I need my money back.
