Hi, I paid My House tax today through tnurbanepay website but it Still Shows need to pay and even it doesn't Shows the Payment History. there is no customer Care here and How can I araise the ticket Such a poor service you are serving to the people

New user registration issue, nowhere was the new user verification tab found, when again tried as 12 hrs got barred for the activation code, it says user details already exists. Even login username tab not working, only forgot password and quickpay is working. Kindly chk asap.
Sir while making payment of water supply charges vide connection No.132/015/00041, the payment of Rs.1442/- has been credited to some other account which has same connection number. Kindly look into and revert back the amount credited to some other person. the payment was made on 11th February 2021 to commissionerate of Municipal A.

But till this moment no further info or updating is seen in the site, How could I confirm and get the receipt got printed. Pl advice, I could not get the contact details of the site, The Grievance facility in the site is not functional
