Faulty phone under certified tag
I bought a phone moto x play and after using it for one week the real problems touch and ghost touch were visible and extremly irritating.
When call the company they said they should be informed with 3 days of purchase and this software problem popped up late and its a faulty product when asked about seller information they denied to give and they denied to forward call to their manager also.
I took a warranty policy to which they are asking to contact. If i didnt take a warranty policy and if 3 days pass after buying, it i would be responsible for all the phone problems as per conpany rukes. But how can they send a faulty product with a certified as a name??? Kindly replace the phone or refund.
