[Resolved] Togofogo.com / Upr eCommerce — I don't receive my product/ refund

I bought one mi4 32gb mobile on aug-3 of 2016. It was not properly worked. So i return the product for replacement in aug3-2016. Still im not received the product, every day i call to togofogo, that employees also say different different reason. Iam highly wored about that. Still date 3 are 4 times called that customer care. The are saying like with in 1 day are 2 day like. Please help me.
