I purchased Iphone 6s order id is TO[protected], billing date 06 jun 2019, product received today i.e. on 11 june 2019. i got a different colored product, i am facing network problem and some quality issues. the product purchased under 3 days return policy. i contacted togofogo through mobile but they are not helping me. i also mailed them but they are not replying for the further steps. they have not generated the return link in my order section, updated the order as delivered. they are trying to pass the 3 days. please help.

Updated by gtikame you can see, one page is showing the product as delivered and on the other page they are not updating the delivery status and have not generated the return link as it is under three days return policy.
