TOI — Harassment by vendor/overcharging | |||||
I subscribed a joint offer subscription of toi and et thru a call from times group vide id 3428883 to be started from ist oct 2016. But to my surprise the vendor asked me to pay rs480 ie rs 40 for each month. My question is 1) if these charges are approved by the times group if yes then why... 2) neither the call center executive from toi nor the person who picked the cheque and got the papers signed informed me about that delivery charges shall also be paid separately. Here i would like to add and inform that when i registered a complaint regarding the vide complaint no-1330028 the executive informed me that there is no such rule of charging delivery charges by the vendor whereas ina later call to the toi office mr karan told me that the vendor is right about charges for delivery.
