Subscribed to TOI yearly subscription. I had shifted to a new address on 23oct, 2016. And from then I have been following up to get the paper delivered to new address. At the time of subscription vendor told me it will done in a week's. Your customer care promised it will be done by 16nov.Super harrassment by tour team and their pathetic service.
