TOI — Non receipt of eco times

I am a resident of mumbai and a toi reader for the last many years. I had opted for receiving the ecomonic times along with the times as per the offer printed on the front page of toi. I had been receiving the same till two months ago but thereafter my vendor has stopped supplying eco times telling me that he has asked the concerned authorities in toi to supply it for us so that he can give it to us. He also gave us the mobile no of the area mgr, toi, mr solomon and asked us to speak to him. However, despite calling several times over the last two days at various times of the day, mr solomon does not answer the phone though it rings.

I reside in girgaum, mumbai, 400004.

Pl provide my vendor a copy of eco times so that i may get the same. My vendor is kamlesh patkar
