Worst service, not looking for CUSTOMER satisfaction only money minded just thinking that they are professional but not exactly they are not, wasted my 14000 in Ashok Nagar branch. Ruined my hair ###, I went for keratin and they did Botox mask and asked me to come back in 2 days for a hair cut and they cut all my hair which I grown for so long, the. What is the use of doing the keratin or Botox, or else they might have suggested, first can cut the hair then we can do the treatment initially they got money of Rs. 11800 with the shampoo and reviver and for this hair cut I paid Rs. 1600, not a gentle service they provide, now the shampoo and the reviver why I want to use that, because they trimmed my hair completely.
