I did keratin treatment on Jan2 at toni and guy perungalathur branch...i was assured that the hair texture will remain for 25 washes but i did my first hair wash on jan11 and its completely gone ...my hair was back to normal how frizzy and curly it was before .. i did complaint th3 branch on the same day with the pictures and videos of the hair ...but poor response from them...i did visit personally they said need to discuss with the trainer and get back to me ...again i was waiting for their respons3 for almost a week and heared back nothing. ...i seriously dont understand what a poor customer handling in such a well known saloon Was this information helpful? |
