My father had gone to Toni & Guy to get his hair cut. The stylist not only gave him a hair cut but was so oblivious to his job performance that he managed to poke my poor dad with his scissors. And it was a visible cut which was bleeding which we dressed when dad came home.
This salon is not worth the prices paid here. If a simple service as a man's hair cut can cause injury then is it really worth paying so much and getting hurt?
Advice to the salon: Gift vouchers don't always work. Impressions and experiences are what remain in the memory of customers.
