One of the worst ear phone ever had, when it was bought it worked properly but after some day there are multiple issues in it it sometimes charges but sometimes not it is not able to connect properly, after some times the sound quality changes, even after being fully charged it shows 10% charging, really fed up with the product, hope you will resolve my issue....

Single speaker is not working...

I have purchased a portable charger from Amazon of the company toreto ... However just started using it few days ago and the battery has bloated inspite of having a very low usage.

I m purchased Toreto tor run smart fitness band it's not charging...

Speaker is not charging in off mode. When the switch is on it is charging for few seconds and again stop charging....

I ordered a BT speaker and money has been deducted, however there is no confirmation message from toreto and when I asked customer care, it has informed due to technical issue and it will take time and now more than 4 days and still there is no response for my email, messages....

One side regular not working.sometime working some time not working......

I purchased an earphone o[censored]r company but after 3 months one of the speakers has turned off. Bit is in warranty period
I have returned to shopkeeper for repairing it.. But still I didn't get any information about that so pls u inform me about the service center o[censored]r company in jaipur, Rajasthan, so that I could be satisfied with all this and get my earphone and bill voucher.

Dear toreto company I had taken your company's headphones. In 2 or 3 months one of its side chi wires became loose and one of the speakers turned off. Please provide the facility to repair it. My name is rakesh koli my mob. No. [protected] my residence in dhule maharashtra India 425408...

Toreto bt thrill-2 Tor-264 one side speaker not working... Item was under warranty and the same was returned for repair in 14 october 2020, but still neighter received any response not my product. All details and receipts are attatched for your reference....

I have purchased a usb type c cable for my father's phone and it was not working properly. It shows fast charging after multiple tries on his galaxy s8+. I went to the nsp delhi service center and told one person about the issue and he told to submit the cable with bill and that he will send the new one to my address. It has been a month and i am still waiting to get any updates or whatsoever.

Actually i purchased a wireless stereo earbuds on 02/02/2019.in starting there is no problem with headsets. But last eveing suddenly my right earbuds dont give any response. Please response asap. I dont know what type of product is this. I think that was not long lastic product.

I have purchased bluetooth headphone from sangrur (Delhi dot, kaula park, sangrur) dealer in oct-2018 and he given me replacement warranty of 6 month if it stopped working, and one left side head phone stopped working in 1 dec-2018 & i have submitted it to dealer for replacement, however its about 1 month passed still he has not given any reply about it, i have visited so many times in his shop he always give the same reply that new earphones...

Hi, i have purchased tbe-804 bluetooth earphones a week back after hearing some nice reviews about this particular product. While using, from the 1st day its giving me trouble. While watching video on youtube or any other application it disconnects for a while and then connects again. I had purchased a toreto torcast device from a shop here to connect my sony bravia to pixel2. Followed all instructions in manual and even tried what's shown on youtube but to no avail! It keeps giving error "casting to toreto" and disconnects immediately. I have been shifted my router to same room as tv to ensure its not a wifi connection problem.
