Toyota — car booked but not delivered

I booked a vehicle with gargya toyota, guwahati, assam by paying a huge amount. They promised that my vehicle shall be delivered by april end. But now, as the date is approaching, they pay the least heed to it. It clearly shows a negligence of duty and false promises.
Moreover, as a breach of promise, it seems to be a lack of commitment in following up with the manufacturer.
