Toyota — car dealership and customer care

I have many compaints

First of all i wanted to know about bookings and other related queries in innova crysta 2019 so i contacted the customer care in dec 2018 and they told me that they have no idea about that but then when i went to my dealership they told me tagt they have started booking in nov 2018
Are the customer boys irresponsible for letting me to the wring direstion
I hate the way they deal with the customers
Customer care dont know anything about a car

Secondly
When i went to my dealership that told me that there is no difference between crysta 2018 and crysta 2019 but in internet they shaow many difference such as change in front and back grill and there are no proper details about 2019
Customer care dealings are very bad and uninformative

You changed front bumper of my car (fortuner) but your service was really bad. and i want you to change it again. It not a request. and in any condition i want it correct.
