I brought TOYOTA GLANZA G on 15.11.2021.
Payments are followed behind executives by Customer several times for booking. False promises committed by executives in showroom regarding discounts. On the day of delivery, they charged for all without discounts. Extended warry was not committed by Customer, Executives proposed for complimentary as a discount but they charged during a day of delivery on command. totally unacceptable. Calculations projected from Rs 22, 000 too Rs 1, 18, 000 by executives as pending. Very unethical manners of handling Customers. Executives play with the emotion of Customers in end moments. Car delivered with the faulty product. No light in the luggage area, semi-floor mats. Extra accessories requested are not fitted at the time of delivery but payment was taken. Since the day after delivery no follow-ups from the Showroom to ensure the backlogs. This is a very painful fact. Every Customer comes to the Showroom with hope they get backlogs done. still no response. Customers need to go and wait when they call. Since i raised issues, they are torturing me by giving false commitments to come and get it done. Even today accessories are not ready to fit. Again informing to come some other day to get it done.
RTO Registration day payment delayed for one day, made customers stand in front of RTO Office for 6 hours. No commitment of time.
I strictly need actions to be taken on the executives or showroom representatives for this. Mr. Naveen (Sales), Mr. Chetan (Sales), and Mr. Anil (Accessories Head) worst executives in handling the Customer.
I myself am from the middle class. I have taken a loan and gifted a car to My Dad. Mt first asset to my family. This is what I got a reward from Toyota. I never expected this.
