I, Meppurathu Chacko Varghese, had purchased Toyota Urban Cruiser Premium AT through Nippon Toyota Kazhakootam showroom on August 4, 2022.
We were given a list of extra accessories to be fitted in the vehicle along with the price quoted by the showroom. Accordingly, we had paid Rs 59, 000 for the accessories needed through credit card. We were not given an invoice of our purchase then. When we checked Toyota iConnect today, an invoice amount of Rs 49, 000 for the accessories had been uploaded.
This complaint is in regards to the discrepancy in the invoice amount as well as the actual amount paid. A difference is also noted between the price quoted by the showroom as well as that given in the invoice. I would like a clarification regarding the same. Was this information helpful? |
