Toyota — Faulty Vehicle

I have bought a urban cruiser hyryder 4 months back.
In these 4 months i had to replace all the 4 tyres.
When i went to service center initially they mentioned that rear tyre is wearing out, did some repair work too but the tyre wearing remains same. This time they are telling that there is a problem with dead axle and it is because of ROAD hole and jerk. The car is driven in around DELHI NCR. Are toyota cars this weak? And is this the build quality people should expect? How can a four month old vehicle driven in around delhi ncr have dead axle damaged. This clear case of faulty vehicle whether it is on dealer's end or toyota end. I got a faulty vehicle and it should be repaired or replaced by company on their cost. If not just return the vehicle.. i don't want it.
I raised a complaint on toyota website they are putting on dealership. And there is no positive response from dealer ship.
My vehicle is in service center since last 2 weeks.
