Refer Roadside Assistance of my Car Glanza UP 32 MA 1625 at Raebareli yesterday, the car’s Mobil oil suddenly leaked near Civil Lines Crossing & then Engine got seized & became non-functional. The vehicle was toed through RSA & was brought to Chinhat Service Station between 6.30-7 Pm.
The Car was Parked only to be looked after in the morning today.

The Car is purchased on March 21, 2021. It’s under warranty & duly insured.

I am a passionate customer of Toyota vehicles & amazed how an internal fault in Engine can led to seizing of Engine? The car was serviced on Sep 21, 2023.
I want an immediate inspection, attention & resolution of the problem. Connect me first before you prepare a Job card.
The onus is with the company to provide Free of Cost replacement & repair of damaged part before I take the matter to the authorities concerned.
