Dear Sir, Ref:vehicle No:TN72/AZ/6364 SERVICE AT TIRUNELVELI ARC Dealer . AC not functioned properly for the past one month in our innovo car .When reported they changed AC Air filter firstly but the problem not sorted out.Next time after our reporting they changed gas and some parts and charged Rs.9000/-.Still the problem exists in our car and affects our travelling everytime .Having somuch man power and mechinery power how can they not able to findout the problem. we purchased the car 41/2 years back this is the first time the dealer makes harms to the consumer like us.The car is under smile scheme .This is also the first time they charged the above huge amount.
