Cash dated 04.01.2014 ungenuinely.My horn was not blowing & rear wiper was
Not operating & this was diagnosed while our previous service but the
Attendant said that it would be attended in next service as it will take more
Time.When i visited on 04.01.2014 for service, they told that warranty has
Expired, so the job will be charged.I am unable to understand why so
Costly parts becomes defective after completion of 3 years warranty period
Where we have no fault.These are internal parts and no wear/tear involves.This
Type of behaviour pinches and i will like to sell the vehicle, if not attended
Properly & will tell my friends & relatives not to take such vehicle
Which becomes vary expensive after warranty period & no cooperation

Case & you should adjust this type of repair, marginally near to
Expiry of warranty period & where the complaint was lodged within warranty
