Toyota — No refund and No delivery upon booking

On February, 2022 We have booked Toyota Fortuner at Leela Krishna Automobiles, Vishakapatnam and paid 1, 00, 000 through Netbanking. We were given 3 months delivery period. But even after that period, they aren't able to deliver the car as promised and closed their showrooms abruptly. Have been trying to follow up for months still no response and all the concerted person's numbers have become not reachable including the ones provided by Customer Care Executive upon enquiry.

Please resolve my issue ASAP and refund my money back. Never Expected this regretful experience from Toyota.
